		<description><![CDATA[Excellent points. Earlier today I blogged about a webinar titled Meeting Survivors&#039; Needs: A Multi-State Study of Domestic Violence Shelter Experiences. At the end of the webinar the presenters talked about the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act which provided the main source of federal funding for DV shelters. This act expired last fall. I contacted my legislators and asked them to reinstate this legislation and to fully fund it.]]></description>
