This has been a week of “PhDork Reads the Times For You!” which was not my master plan, but the paper has been chock-full of tasty bites recently. So, to round out the week, here’s one more: an article about the ongoing discussion in EU nations about the possibility of using castration–either chemical or surgical–to punish or rehabilitate sex offenders.
