There are polite and impolite ways of behaving, but the polite ways are always about putting other people at ease–without selling yourself out in the process. The “Countess” (One! One Ex-Countess! Ah-ah-ahhhh!) is so embarrassing. Like, I can’t watch the show because I just blush and cower for these stupid, horrible people.
