Christmas came early this week, when Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank was interviewed by right-wing propaganda machine CNS. You’d think by now people would know not to bait Barney Frank, especially in front of a camera. Remember how he righteously pwned a crazy lady at a town hall meeting who compared health care reform to Nazism? Remember when Dick Armey called him “Barney Fag” and then claimed it was a slip of the tongue? Frank famously responded: “I turned to my own expert, my mother, who reports that in 59 years of marriage, no one ever introduced her as Elsie Fag.”
Crazy-ass conservatives are slow to learn from their mistakes. Watch what happens when a douche-y CNS cub reporter asks Frank about about DADT and what will happen when gay and straight soldiers have to shower together.

Barney Frank is my hero not only because he’s been out and proud for such a long time, but because he absolutely refuses to back down or suffer fools when confronted with homophobia, hypocrisy, or hateration of any kind. No one will pwn a hater faster than Barney Frank.
